Full Package
Our Full-Service Wedding Planning package provides complete support from your first ideas to the final moments of your wedding day. We begin with a vision and budget consultation, followed by a customized proposal with vendor recommendations, design inspiration, and a planning roadmap. We handle vendor sourcing and management, coordinate site visits and tastings, track RSVPs, and meet regularly as your wedding day approaches. A detailed timeline is created to guide the entire day, from morning preparations through the final breakdown. On the wedding day, we provide up to ten hours of on-site coordination while managing vendors, personal items, and every detail to ensure a seamless, stress-free celebration
Partial Package
This wedding planning package offers guided support to help bring your vision to life while keeping your budget on track. We begin with weekly planning meetings during the first month to establish your vision, priorities, and overall plan. Three months before the wedding, we provide dedicated planning meetings while managing up to eight vendors and assisting with vendor sourcing. During this time, we also refine your detailed wedding day timeline and provide access to our planning tools and trusted vendor network. On the wedding day, we provide up to ten hours of on-site coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly
On the Day
This coordination package provides dedicated support in the final months leading up to your wedding day. Beginning three months before the event, we manage communication and coordination with up to six vendors to ensure everything stays on track. The package includes four hours of planning meetings to review logistics and refine your detailed wedding day timeline. We also coordinate and lead your ceremony rehearsal so everyone feels confident and prepared. On the wedding day, we provide up to ten hours of on-site coordination, including overseeing breakdown and cleanup to ensure a seamless and stress-free celebration.
